Design & Construction
We have a close working relationship with local designers on the East Coast of Tasmania. The advantages of engaging an experienced builder in the design process is that we can offer more accurate estimates on the cost of building before you get your dream house plans drawn up only to realise it is beyond your budget.
New Homes
We can offer you a fixed price contract to build your home based on the plans you provide to us. We are HIA members since 2006 and provide the professional “HIA Plain Language Domestic Building Contract” to our clients. We pride ourselves on providing detailed quotes and specifications so you know exactly what you are getting and can make informed decisions on the items included within the contract. We can also include landscaping if required.
Commercial Building
We have experience in Commercial Construction, from Fire Stations to Offices through to Holiday Accommodation projects. We are licensed to build commercial projects up to 1000m2 in floor area. We have worked closely with the Local and State Government departments to achieve great outcomes for the local community in public and police housing.
Renovations & Additions
We have a lot of experience in renovating homes. Whether it is a new kitchen, bathroom or reconfiguration of your home we have got you covered. We have also undertaken many additions to existing homes from an extra bedroom to that new deck to enjoy the views and entertain your guests.
Inspection Services
On request we can offer the following services – property reports on new or older homes before you purchase, leak detection in roofs, retaining walls and bathrooms. We can also offer you an advisory service on what you need to consider before purchasing a block of land.
Quoting & Estimating
We provide quotes for new homes etc free of charge, provided we have every chance of winning the tender. If you require a quote or estimate for your project but intend to build it yourself or engage another Contractor we can provide this service at an appropriate fee.

We are locally based, family run, accredited builders on Tasmania’s East Coast. We have been operating for 9 years, building houses through-out the region. We specialise in custom built homes but also cover other fields including renovations and additions as well as commercial projects. We pride ourselves on the quality of our finished product, honest reliable service and our customer relationships. We categorise ourselves as a small builder and as such believe we can deliver the best outcome for our clients, with attention to detail being our priority. We work closely with our Contractors and Suppliers to deliver the best materials and workmanship possible.

Partner & Mum
Belinda is the glue that holds this family business together. With a background in finance, she has been able to adapt her skills to the construction industry and the behind the scenes processes that keep things running smoothly on site for both clients and contractors.
Faran
Principal
Faran has been in the construction industry for 24 years. He completed his apprenticeship in Bridport as a Carpenter. In 2006 Faran became an accredited Builder and has since maintained a membership with the HIA. He continues to update his skills through industry training and is keenly interested in energy efficient housing.
